Pre-order Instructions

The whole brisket is approximately 5 lbs or more and will feed between 10-12 adults. The whole brisket dinner package includes a whole brisket, potato salad, coleslaw, bbq sauce, pickled vegetables and sliced bread.  We can slice this brisket or you can pick it up earlier in the day, hold it in your oven and slice it when you are ready to eat.

We're Jennifer Dewasha and Jane MacDonald. We met each other a few years back cooking in Toronto. Now we are teaming up again in Muskoka with our roadside smokehouse. Our goal is to bring you mouth watering bbq, seasonal sides, and hand made juices all available for take out.
